Drawing on her years of working with diverse audiences - from executives and unions to volunteers and community teams - she brings a steady, nuanced approach to each unique setting, supporting growth and positive change wherever it is needed.

Malcolm Brown

Facilitator | Workplace Behaviour Specialist | Cultural Safety Practitioner

Malcolm Brown is a professional facilitator and former health professional with extensive experience in complex, deep facilitation. With over twenty years developing workplace‑behaviour programs, he has refined highly engaging discussion skills. Well‑versed in addressing discrimination, sexual harassment, bullying, harassment, and cultural safety, Malcolm creates psychologically safe environments that support frank, multi‑perspective dialogue—even with resistant groups. This enables rapid shared understanding and effective problem‑solving around negative behaviours in workplaces and other collective-purpose environments. His expertise is grounded in working with individuals and groups who hold significant perceived authority.
